About Savoy cabbage
Despite the name, this is the brassica group as the New York trade actually buys it: green, red, savoy and napa cabbage, but also broccoli, broccoli crowns and rabe, broccolini, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, kale and kohlrabi.
